Ashtanga is a dynamic, physically challenging practice that synchronizes breath and movement as you move briskly through a set sequence. Ashtanga yoga, with its many vinyasas, is great for building core strength and toning the body.
bike + barre is the best of both worlds: the first half is intense heart pounding cardio on the bike + the second half is strengthening & lengthening at the barre. this class is perfect for our cardio queens + barrebies.

this is a 75 min restorative class that incorporates a slow flow and some deeper stretching.
an evening gentle candlelit yoga class with elements of slow flow, stretching, yin & restorative yoga. black manduka pro mat, hand towel, and all class props are provided. please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.

Youth Services starting at 6 weeks of age. All parents are responsible for bringing a change of clothes, diapers etc. zenstudio will pull a parent out of a class for an excessively fussy child or a child in need of a diaper change.
