The choreography employed in this class brings not only a “dance” vibe, but also a MAJOR fun factor! studioCYCLE is a full body workout: it engages your core and includes an upper body portion using light hand weights.The lights are off, the black lights are on, and the music is up! Get ready for the ride of your life! Cycling shoes, hand towel, and all class accessories are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.

studioSCULPT
a form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that uses a strict format of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 4 minute intervals, with rest periods in between. We utilize equipment like BOSU balls, medicine balls, kettle bells, and weights for this circuit style training class. Get the benefits of personal training in a small group setting. This class is guaranteed to break you through any plateau! Tennis shoes are required. Towel and all class props are provided.  Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.

CYCLE + SCULPT
a method that employs HIIT (high intensity interval training). Intervals of maximum exertion followed by intervals of recovery are used to burn major calories, blast fat, and help to build a strong, healthy heart. In this class we combine 30 minutes of interval training on the bike followed by 25 minutes of strength training on the floor and a 5 minute stretch. Cycling shoes, mat, hand towel, and all class accessories are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class. 

studioPILATES
this 60 minute class is built upon the foundational Mat Pilates method, but is enhanced with props and weights that will vary from class to class, deepening the practice. This class will improve your flexibility, strength, posture, and body awareness. Towel, mat, and all class accessories are provided.  Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.

studioYOGA
his class is the place you want to be if want to lose weight, increase strength, flexibility, cross-train, sharpen mental focus, or simply spend time on your mat. This class combines movement and breath to foster strength, flexibility, balance, and self-awareness. You will flow consistently from pose to pose which utilizes the principles of alignment and ridding the body of toxins. This class is challenging and will transform your body and revive your spirit. Open to all levels. Optional use of weights encouraged. Hand towel, and all class accessories are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.

studioBARRE
an intensive body shaping experience designed to produce reliable results, no matter the client. The method is influenced by classical and modern dance and utilizes a barre to achieve optimal positioning. Insights from Pilates, yoga, and orthopedic stretching also balance the method’s unique approach. Mat, hand towel, and all class accessories provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.

BIKE + BARRE
this combo class features 30 minutes of our studioCYCLE class followed by 30 minutes of our studioBARRE class. studioCYCLE is an energy filled ride set to the beat of invigorating club music. The 2nd half of the class you hop off the bike and go to the mat for studioBARRE. studioBARRE is an intensive body shaping experience designed to produce reliable results, no matter the client. The method is influenced by classical and modern dance and utilizes a barre to achieve optimal positions. Cycling shoes, mat, hand towel, and all class accessories are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
