CYCLE + SCULPT
cycle + sculpt is the best of both worlds: the first half is intense heart pounding cardio on the bike + the second half is body sculpting with TRX, kettlebells, BOSU, resistance bands, medicine balls, & more.
this 60 minute class is built upon the foundational Mat Pilates method, but is enhanced with props and weights that will vary from class to class, deepening the practice. This class will improve your flexibility, strength, posture, and body awareness. Towel, mat, and all class accessories are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
his class is the place you want to be if want to lose weight, increase strength, flexibility, cross-train, sharpen mental focus, or simply spend time on your mat. This class combines movement and breath to foster strength, flexibility, balance, and self-awareness. You will flow consistently from pose to pose which utilizes the principles of alignment and ridding the body of toxins. This class is challenging and will transform your body and revive your spirit. Open to all levels. Optional use of weights encouraged. Hand towel, and all class accessories are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
bounce is the new black (...really, though). in bounce we alternate choreographed cardio with strength intervals both on & off the trampoline. don't worry - you don't need to be a dancer - you just need to like burning a lot of calories and having a good time.
take your barre game up a notch with barre bounce. in barre bounce we utilize a jump-sport trampoline + barre attachment alternating isometric barre exercises with choreographed cardio routines. it's basically a party.
in barre we strengthen & lengthen the muscles with small, isometric movements set to the beat of the music. you'll improve posture, increase core strength, & tone every muscle in just 60 minutes - and that's pretty boss..
it's getting hot in here!!! fire up your barre practice in a room heated 85-90 degrees. this class gives new meaning to #barresohard.
BIKE + BARRE
