StudioCycle is a full body workout: it engages your core and includes an upper body portion using light hand weights.The lights are off, the black lights are on, and the music is up! Get ready for the ride of your life! Cycling shoes, hand towel, and all class accessories are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.

The choreography employed in this class brings not only a “dance” vibe, but also a MAJOR fun factor! studioCYCLE is a full body workout: it engages your core and includes an upper body portion using light hand weights.The lights are off, the black lights are on, and the music is up!   • CYCLE + SCULPT {heights}
  • CYCLE & SCULPT is a method that employs HIIT (high intensity interval training). Intervals of maximum exertion followed by intervals of recovery are used to burn major calories, blast fat, and help to build a strong, healthy heart. In this class we combine 30 minutes of interval training on the bike followed by 25 minutes of strength training on the floor and a 5 minute stretch. Cycling shoes, mat, hand towel, and all class accessories are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
